Final Decisions- all drawings, product selection, costs are completed
Ordering of materials- special orders such as cabinets, plumbing items, other speciality items
Obtaining Permits- building permits
Construction:
Mobilization- Collect materials and tools at job
House/Building Protection (floor, dust, special concerns)
Demolition
